We had a great time despite the rain. We parked in Eastport at the elementary school parking lot and later walked over to Weems and Plath. We had a great time but missed my favorite restaurant at the Charthouse. If you need a sailing fix in Annapolis you, Julia and David have an open invitation to join Maddie and me on board INDY.
